As of April 4th the NRA have taken over the Pavilion from the previous tenant.

Only found out earlier today.
MAY consider trading there again in the future....but chances are it's not enough notice for the Phoenix.
Stopped trading due to the actions of the tenant & his never ending price hikes.
NRA stall fees look ok again....so got some thinking to be thunk on attending in the future

The place is supposed to be under renovation.
The NRA are now running the Pavilion hotel/room bookings too.
Check the NRA website for more info.

I heard talk of the fair moving down to the Lord Roberts centre but the NRA announcement seems pretty clear.

I know that the NRA have only just accepted back the lease but I sincerely hope that they make the same efforts to clean up and improve the image of the pavilion much as they have done with other areas of the camp. To be absolutely honest the place has been pretty drab awful for a long time and the smell of chips and greasy food when attending the trade fair really turns my stomach and makes me want to get out of the place just as fast as my little legs will carry me.

What a silly man and what a wasted opportunity for both the exhibitors and himself....greedy sod.

When are the greedy in the sport going to realise that the odd great sale wont sustain them, the word will get out and they will suffer/go under.

Get a good rep and offer "Reasonable" prices and you are an asset.

It just panders to the elitists among the sport....and they wonder why youngsters don't get into it as readily as we might like teanews

I agree that it would be nice if the place was given a face lift. I notice the odd event going on there which to me, is a great chance to entice none shooters onto camp and give them a look-see, and put some cash into the coffers (which ideally will reach out beyond the wire at Bisley) :good:
