Hi Royston,

I noticed that the NSC (NRA) is selling the RWS Bisley once fired cases for 10p a case. That is about as cheap as I have seen any anywhere and they do appear to have lots of it.

Welcome to the forum, John25 also sells RWS once shot brass at a good price ready sized, cleaned and ready to use, it will be worth sending him a PM.

The easiest way is to buy 100 rounds of 308 shoot it and keep the cases to re load.

Royston,

Learn one thing - never use brass that has been fired in another rifle if you are interested in accuracy and safety. How do you know the condition/headspace/load etc?

Even good quality brass like 308 Lapua is not prohibitively expensive - 50p a case and you will get at least six reloads - maybe more.

Doncaster, miles away from us! :D We do get up to Chesterfield quite often to see my parents and Diggle is your side of Manchester which is handy and maybe only an hour from your part of the world. We have a forum shoot at Diggle in the not too distant future. what do you currently shoot?

Apart from buying new Lapua or Remington brass from Sportsman Gun Centre, the rest of mine is once used by Rob, PRVI Partisan Match.
