Spain. Anybody have a place? Gun club related

It just so happens I have a small place in Spain. It also happens that there is about a half hour drive to a local gun club/ range.

If I've understood the rules correctly I am able to own a hand gun with the correct licences because I have a residency and that this process is easier now I have a uk fac.

The gun must be stored at the club as per Spanish rules which is fine by me as onviously I'm not always out there.

Anybody done this? Next time I'm over there I'll pop in there is a bit of a language barrier so I'll need to take my phrase book.

There was an ex-pat living in Spain who used to use this forum now and again. Search along the lines of a "Sig 226", "X5" and "9mm loads".

We have a place 20minutes south of Alicante airport not far from elche which is where I've found a club. Just every time I drove up there it seemed abandoned and couldn't get anywhere on the phone.

Cheers

Ha well problem is it looks, like some kind of Mexican fort. Getting in is the hard part.

I can go to my range if I want to be the only one there, problem is I have to drag the Mrs along to comply with the rules.
