1 for 1 variation - top class service from Norfolk

Just to acknowledge great service from the Norfolk Firearms Licensing Unit this week - posted my forms and FAC for a 1 for 1 variation on Wednesday and received my replacement FAC with new 'slot' back in the post today!
Certainly cannot ask for any better service than that, especially in the holiday season.

Much the same with W.Yorks posted mine last week b4 weekend got it back within 7days, can't fault the service.

Staffordshire are back on form now, I've had 2 variations both back within a week over the last month
They did go off the boil a while ago but glad to see they are back on track

Same from Durham, if you are lucky enough to live near the office as I am they offer a while you wait in reception service for one for one variations.

My last 1:1 from Lincolnshire was 3 weeks which is actually a serious improvement as well.

top service - and i thought wiltshire was speedy !!
