Does anyone know of a Section 5 range that is inside the M25 and where targets out to 200m or more can be engaged?

Inside the M25 out to 200m? With corresponding safety zone that would be worth tens of millions of pounds in the land alone!!! Lol.
That said, perhaps the only range complex that would have a range safety certificate for prohibited weapons would be a police or military range.

200m is an ideal however 50m would suffice as long as it support full auto centrefire

The police range at Lippits Hill - if its still there - is indoor and 50m IIRC.
Rated for some massive FPE. It has one of those recirculating snail traps. (easy badger)
Shot there in pistol days. Just off the northeast section of the M25.
I have a feeling there were noise complaints either from shooting or the helicopters.

Exactly.
As far as I'm aware there is no such facility....unless, and it's just within the M25, the ranges at Purfleet are still active, but I thought they closed down years ago...????

Purfleet ranges at the side of the Thames Estuary, not much left now, turned into an RSPB reserve and no longer active range.
