Laser sight questions

Hi all, I'm not a gun owner but am looking at getting a laser sight for photography. It's will be used to level laser receiver units and to trigger the same units remotely (Hahnel Pro Captur is the name of the camera sender/receiver units). Ideally I want a red and green laser for different situations. It needs to be weatherproof with a good battery life as the unit will be switched on and left on for possibly hours at a time. I would need it to mount to a rail which will be mounted to my tripods. There are other specs that I won't bore you with .. but all in all, this is what I found on the internet:

It seems to fit the bill very well. Now, I've bought an Aimpoint sight a year or two ago, to fit on my long lens for target acquisition and it was bought from Midway Gun store in the USA. It arrived no problems. But I've read that there are limitations on what can be imported to the UK in the way of sights and lasers. So, here I am on the forum. Does anybody know anywhere I can buy this sight in the UK, or is it illegal to import this sight? Any info would be great :-)

I think the restrictions are for military sights - ordinary scopes and laser dots for civilian market are usually fine.

The only downside I can see with that unit is the battery choice. CR2 batteries are not cheap and I don't think they have a rechargeable alternative

CR2s are 3v Lithium cells at around 800mAh capacity.

It is possible to get rechargeable equivalents however they tend to be around 200mAh capacity which could be a problem if they are needed to operate for a significant period of time.
