FAC dropped through the letterbox the day before the old one expired, all present and correct...........top marks, Winchester !!

Good job got my renewal back 3 months after my old one expired.

Let's hope Surrey are on the ball as mine is currently in for renewal, at least they have cashed my cheque so I know they have it.

Also I address it to police HQ with another envelope inside addressed to the firearms department.
Don't want too many people knowing what's inside

I take mine in and leave it with the desk person....................always have, and never had a problem.

Renewed mine this year, expired beginning of March, applied for renewal in December, got it beginning February plus my old cert back, since the new one hadn't started yet.
Sent off for a variation Monday a week ago, got it back on the Saturday.

I put in for my application beginning of Feb and had the FEO out Tuesday this week, I was expecting another 3-6 months. He said they're really trying to speed things up in Hampshire.
