I watched this video last night and found it interesting. Fortunately for me, i was able to spot the fakes when two rifles were shown side by side so I'm happy with that. The narrator had good pronunciation too!

The Khyber AK47 I test fired was easy to spot.

The chrome finish and stamped "super shourt automatik 7.65mm" gave it away !

The 3 foot group at 25 yards was another hint.

Some are very good as well, years ago I shot a 7.62x39 AKM copy that had an AK-74 rear trunnion and triangle side folding stock fitted and even had a Pakistani-made copy of an Izhmash bakelite mag (which are very sought after by AK mag collectors!) and that shot very well and the chap/chaps that made it had obviously take his/their time.It had an old Russian barrel and receiver but the bolt/bolt carrier, gas piston and most of the trigger group had been hand made and to be honest the fit and finish were on par with a Romanian factory made AKM!. :good:
