How do I apply for section 7.1?

#1 Post by Lozza79 »

Hi,

I want to get section 7.1 on my FAC to own a heritage pistol but don't know how to do it. I can only find application forms for section 5 which 7.3 comes under but cant find anything for 7.1. Advice please.

Visit the HBSA web site for chapter and verse and speak with your firearms certification department for their take on it.

When I took my 7.3s to 7.1 all they wanted was a variation.

It's just a standard form 201 to vary your current certificate. The harder part is all the associated documentation that you will submit along with it to support your application.
