Just browsing at safes and like the look of these but can't really find any proper reviews outside of amazon.

Anyone got one, had one or know owt about them. While they do look good, I wouldn't want to buy a lemon.

I haven't got their cabinets, but all my ammo safes are from them..

The same company sells them under a different name on ebay. Good reviews there too.

I've got this one on the watch list for when I eventually finish my FAC course and apply for the cert.

There are quite a few companies from roughly the same area (Derby) selling very similar cabinets on ebay! I have a smaller version of that one plus a three gun version and an ammo safe. I collected the big one from their warehouse, they just buy in bulk from China really.
I'm happy with all of mine and I'll get another if i need one.
The only issue is that my six gun one is proper heavy, nearly killed me getting it upstairs!

Mine came from ebay from different sellers, they are common enough..

With regard to waiting, talk to other shooters, our first two gun safes came from another shooter who was upgrading to a bigger cabinat and my third cost a bottle of gin and a new lock (10 quid) after another shooter bought a faulty one which was replaced.

Second hand is worth considering given they do not have a hard life..

With the internal ammo safe check the height available is enough for your gun length,
on my safe the ammo safe is set back so giving more height for such as my Parker
Hale 452

Mrs Hrun and myself have 5 safes, both gun and ammo.. if you really want our guns then a crowbar is not the answer, a bat over Mrs Hrun will find me handing over the code faster then..

And I can't defend us due to the give me everything laws in this country!

My guns are not insured as most of them cost less than the excess..

And, the last shotgun theft I read about involved violent crime, not a cat burglar.

If you can point me to a theft that invloved a crowbar to steal firearms I am happy to stand corrected, but most of us own safes as the police have dictated that a safe equals secure storage, not because we are worried about a burglar.
