Are dies subject to temperature changes?

If you mean do their dimensions change, then yes, to a completely unimportant degree, as the brass temperature & expansion changes at the same time (unless you're keeping your brass in the oven/freezer/cryogenic storage...).

Oddbod got it ^
All metal with expand and contract with temperature changing tolerances as such.
The temperature required for a noticeable change in dimensions is more than the die will see (i hope). If you are really interested in it, have a search for Thermal expansion (and negative thermal expansion) to see the effects of temperatures on metal.

Different metals contract/expand at different rates, this is a physical fact. However, I take no notice of this when I am making up ammunition.
