They are admitting to nine weapons lost but under section 31 are withholding extra information as it's not in the public interest to publish.

I like how the author first calls the MP5 a submachine gun, then in the next paragraph its an assault rifle, and later in the article its become a machine gun! Do they think it grows when exposed to salt water?! lol

I'm quite surprised that the total figure is not higher. However the circumstances surrounding the theft of the .22s in Sweden would be interesting to know also.

So really they could have lost a drone and a couple .50's..
However it is not in the national interest due to the cost and especially the 50s and the current offensive weapons bill.
