Well I would say that puts Lincolnshire top of the league. Brilliant effort there.

They really have improved, all RED in 2017, a mix in 2018 and all green in 2019.

I have pointed this out before: West Midlands and Staffordshire have combined their Firearms and Explosive Departments some years ago. How can they have different performances?

Does not quite work ... put CoL at the top and only becasue they do not do many certificates and some years none in certain categories.

Plus, your beloved Lincs drops to fourth!

Ask the Home Office!

They may have one team doing it, but the Certificates will be issued in the name of the individual force and signed by that CC. So, each force can calculate the performance for their area.
