Will be intersting to see if EFPs issued prior to 31/12/2020 will be acceped within the EU until they expire?
I guess it will be down to each EU country to decide.

No, they won’t be, I believe. For Each EU country a U.K. resident expects to travel through it to, should have a locally issued permit for that country. So pretty much as it was 10 years ago.
And, nothing has really changes for EU citizens coming here as despite the EFP, they still had to apply for a U.K. visitors permit.

So it won't make difference for the 2022 commonwealth games?? Oh.... wait.....

Only two EU countries in the Commonwealth. And as said, they still have to apply for a U.K. visitors permit regardless.

I don't know if it was finalised and of course Covid has now changed things, but hadn't India agreed to host the shooting events?

Yeah. Bisley is too far away from Birmingham, but India isn't....
