Have some opened powder tubs that are dated 2007 and 2012, would you trust these?
Wouldn't use them for precision stuff, just usual club 100 and 200 targets.

I'd send it. If it smells okay.

If kept in a cool, dry place, I wouldn't have an issue.

Yup, keep it stored under bed, should be OK for a few more years.

From my own experience:
I've bought 2x opened tubs of VV N540 and N550, 1x N540 and 1x N550. Make date is 1998 on N540 and 2003 on N550.
I have used it for reloading 30-06 rounds and they went bang every time and even hit the target at 600 yards. I used them as load development for future usage of N540 and N550 for long action 30cal (30-06, 300WinMag), so for now I am just testing speeds from start loads to max loads advised in VihtaVuori app.
I wouldn't use the powder for 1200 yards competition as I would say that after so many years since manufacture, the consistency of powder might have been affected.
The powders did went well through RCBS auto powder dispenser.
Although I have shot 7.62x51 army surplus made in 1950's and 1960's and still managed to hit the target at 600 yards. But had misfires too, which is to be expected from military surplus.
