But I believe they are in Maidenhead with backup in Milton Keynes ...

The control panel lists the server as 'Gateshead' at the moment. If it is MK then no worries, I can go over and kick the servers

I am looking at a continuous ping/ttace for the server and from Telehouse to the first of teh hosting company servers the time is zero, but that may be because they have a presence there. From Telehouse to the final server it is just 1 millisecond - Gateshead would be at least 2.5 if not 3 or 4 being 300+ miles away from London whereas Maidenhead and Milton Keynes are just 40 ...
