Does anyone on the forum own a rifle chambered in this calibre?
I fancied purchasing a CZ527 in this calibre and the cartridge is very economical to reload.
Any views?

Of the 2 I'd prefer the K-Hornet
....and also have a search for some of the older makes of guns. Quite a few nice old BSA made Hornets out there with a lot of life left in them, same applies to Anschutz, etc. makes too
Possibly a better buy would be a better quality 2nd-hand than a new Czech item

There's not much wrong with Czech engineering: remember who invented and manufactured the Bren gun for instance? In other fields, their heavy trucks (Tatra) and electronic warfare equipment are regarded as second to none...

...ah, but nowadoays they can supply a proofed rifle, with the bolt serial numbered to the rifle - and the bolt is left handed but the rifle is right handed....
CzechoSlovakian guns = good
Czech Republic guns - er, pass
