I cannot see the forum from my PC, but a can from my Smartphone.

Clear your DNS cache - the static IP has changed to a non static one.

No, we are back as per normal, as normal as we can be tongueout

Dedicated IP same as. 109.203.120.4

I had already tried that before I emailed Cristel at 10:30 ...

Apologies to all, we saw some down time this morning due to problems with our IP.

It has been sorted so carry on as usual tongueout

Apologies again, the server was re-booted this afternoon. Forum was down for some 2 hours, if my math is correct. I hope it has been resolved now.

Seems not, DNS keeps getting changed it would appear.
