Not these though - if you look at the link there are two styles - well for Leupold anyway. One type has a small screw driver type blade on the inside which fits the "coin slot" on top of the older type scopes - the ones for the VXIII fits the "bottle top" type of adjustment screws - they simply screw on to the cap thread and become target turrets - so basically they are moveable screw on cover!!
