Any decent Full bore Clubs in Gloucestershire or surrounding counties?

Also, what's the FAC situation with that particular Constabulary? Slow? Slow? Quick? Quick? Slow?

:)

There are clubs and ranges around (a few of the older more experienced hands may have more information). I can't answer for Gloucestershire but if you moved across the border to Wiltshire they are pretty good. From posting application to receiving FAC was about 4 weeks. Also got everything I asked for. I know a chap who isn't all that happy with Gloucestershire (or maybe its just his FEO he isn't happy with).

In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Oh you can't call it that now; it's now called 'moving out'. The term 'marching out' induces too much stress apparently.

Must be an RAF thing then.

What have the Salvation Army and the RAF got in common?

They are both para-military organisations...
