I've shot an AX308 and it was effortlessly accurate @ 100 yards. These rifles deserve to be shot > 300 yards IMO.
My next rifle with probably be an AX308 or an AX338, just mulling over the details now. Any comments welcome.

I ordered my AE directly with Tom at Sporting Services.
AE in 260rem with standard profile 26inch barrel,threaded muzzle with cap.
Pistol grip stock in Flat dark earth,10 round mag and 20moa rail.
Was a few pounds over 3K.

My AE MkIII is in 7.62mm, and I love it!
