Any advice on a new barrel for my .308?

Well, it’s a done deal. Just had an email back from Mik at Dolphin and my rifle, complete with new 30” barrel, with snazzy “interrupted fluting”, screw cut with invisible thread protector and duracoted, not to mention new blot knob and fettled action, should be ready for next week!

Not too sure about your stock, but a 30" Palma profile Bartlein, 1:11 twist, does the business on my Swing.

Well, so far, that's +1 for Dolphin.

FWIW

Consider a Lilja 3 groove.

Mik does them and mine goes like stink.

Quicker for a given load, and potentially slightly longer lasting.

Just need to learn how to read the dam wind now
