Blaser lrs2 in .308

I have an itch that needs scratching, I have been uming and arhing about buying a .308 blaser in the lrs2 configuration.
I already have a .308 Remington 700 custom done by Dave at valkyrie rifles its got a 26" inch boarder barell grs adjustable stock, blueprinted and all that jazz shoots sub moa at 100. Will i be disapointed if i get the blaser
thoughts opionions welcome any????

I'm sure there is nothing wrong with them but you need to ask what are you going to use it for that your current .308 wont do better. Blasers are like marmite and I believe there is a trigger reliability issue with them that has occasionally resulted in them firing on bolt closure.

If you must get another .308 save a bit more and get a AI AX, alternatively get a .260.

There is also the occasional documented issue of the gun not firing with the bolt closed, the fix seems to be cycle the bolt and it usually works however this is an annoyance.

Allegedly thrown out of the UK Army .338 trials because of failure to fire when intended and occasional firing when unitended. Specific details unknown.

Many people love them for various reasons, pay your money take your chance.

Apparently the Aussie Army are currently looking at the .338LM Blaser for 'specialised applications'
