Now you know I'm a dyed in the wool lever fan, with a leaning towards Marlin, but a genuine Henry?!!! Wow!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Hmm it's S58(2), available for sale through the post and pre-blinged. Just wait til some gang member holds up the Brixton Post Office with it, then gets off Scot-free when he claims "Sec 58 innit Fed."

Now I do like serial number 8261. That is a real piece of history.
Thing is I would want to shoot it, lots.

Aye, but the original would be S58 as an 1865 manufacture and no doubt .44 Henry Rimfire.

Probably, but they come as a pair.
Try unravelling that at customs, best to take them both in as firearms by an RFD and then have the original transferred off register as a section 58.
