Looks like a Steyr Mannlicher SSG 04 (a tarted up Pro Hunter).

Not a T3 - it has a ten-round double-stack magazine.

Thanks - it is, why didn't I look at that before - the candy-stripe on the barrel ought to have told me to look at Steyr Mannlicher.
