Am i the only one the View Unread Posts button isn't working properly for? Its not just the new posts that are showing but everything since 14th October.

Not a major issue but maybe a symptom of some other issue with the forum?

Seems OK for me, I just checked and I have 10 pages of new unread posts which is about right for me, I tend to hit the mark forums read link every couple of weeks to tidy things up.

Mine is showing both read and unread from days ago. Normally whenever I log on it will only show the unread ones from since the last session. Its almost like I'm on the same session for days now so might be something to do with the forum/hosting etc.

Things certainly seemed to have changed for *me*. I used to "mark as read" everytime I'd finished reading the forum and it all seemed to work as expected.

However, for the last few days, I, too, am seeing too many posts.

Before replying to this thread, I powered up an old laptop and used a Linux/FireFox combination rather than the normal system of Android/OperaMini and the "mark as read" seemed to have automagically started working again.

I shall keep an Eye on this to see if it's "fixed" or needs further investigation...

Regards,

Mark.

P.S. I use (read "lurk on") a few shootin' forums, both USA and UK. The only one that works *flawlessly* for me is AirgunBBS - all the others seem to have little "issues" now and again. For example, they all ('ceptin' for AirgunBBS) seem to lose my login details occasionally.
