In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Thank you all, it has been a great day away from everything and I even managed to stay away from the workshop for the day, no doubt it will be there tomorrow. Now all I need to decide is do I have a beer tonight or not...
