Oh we can get 100 rounds of nice Russian ammunition in its ikkle sealed packets for the same price as your 70 rounds of paw loads. Even full price, 100 rounds of 7.62x54R can be had for around £25 / 100 from many dealers. WE'll concede your paw loads may group better, Russian standard service ammo is only specified to hold 4 MoA. Bulgarian surplus will often do better, and East German always does.
The Russian surplus i use easily gots 1-1.5 MOA out of the SVDS, with the odd flyer.Would like to get hold of some 7n1 sniper ammo for it :)
