Not sure how TVP would be with a variation - know form Shooting coleagues that renewals have been very lengthy in getting done since the "Biblical Flood" of last year !

Notified TVP on a Tuesday of moving - new SGC and FAC landed week later the following Wednesday wih a simple form to confirm storage etc. so all done very swiftly. Maybe the easy things are shunted to the top of the Pile ??

I put my coterminous renewal in with GMP at the beginning of May. Certs will expire beginning of September.

Received email saying the process is taking approx 16 weeks and they will send out Section 7 permits if not sorted by expiry date.

Not sure David....
I asked what turnaround time I'm looking at from now and the nice lady (not the usual one I've spoken to in the past) said it could be weeks as they are very busy wtf
Nobody seems to want to commit in the shooting world I am finding out 8-)

I had two section 7's last year and it was my 5th renewal in Central Scotland. I think it was nearing an 7 month wait.

A month after getting it I put in a one for one variation, got another visit and another 3 month wait.

All the while those in Strathclyde were getting them through in 6 weeks??
