FedEx now shipping expanding missiles?

It would appear FedEx now shipping expanding missiles, has anyone else come across them shipping such items?

That can only be to RFD surely, unless they are anticipating the change in the law on expanding ammo

I doubt the delivery driver did however the people who shipped to me will have...
