Re: Club Ticket
I hold ours, I'm on the committee, but I'm not an officer of the club. Was there something specific you wanted to know?
Re: Club Ticket
It can be any responsible person. So the committee might appoint a club 'Armourer' who is not on the committee but can be the most suitable for opening up / transporting / locking up etc.

What Robert says.
Can be any nominated responsible person. Storage criteria are the same as for personal FAC, security might need beefing up as the quantity of firearms and ammo will be larger but no other issues.

Re: Club Ticket
I hold our clubs FAC - started off holding it just as bod on committee - now chairman and still have it.
As others have said - the Home Office Approval Critera for a club refers to "responsible officer" but doesn't define "officer". In that case take the word at it's simplest meaning - holder of an office.
So some role nominated within a club would suffice would be my take - so something such as "armourer" not necessarily on the commitee or holder of any other office.
Commonly it's the secretary that holds it - but my experience of the secretaries role is that they have enough to do and worry about without having to worry about the club FAC also, so get someone else to hold it.
