CMC, for all 3, had a 3.5lb single stage in my 15-22 for about 4 years with no issues. Currently have the flat blade 2-stage 4.5lb in my .223 and the curved blade Lantac ect-1 3.5lb in my CMMG.

Geissele SSA in my 15-22; has been sweet as a nut for the past 5 years.

However, the Geisseles are likely to cost a fair bit more now than when I originally bought it, so I'd probably be tempted by a CMC if I was in the market for a new AR trigger now (unless money no object…)

Velocity trigger is good value for money, better build quality than the CMC & cheaper. ;)

Where from? I've only seen them on Brownells and Gunfellas and they're more expensive on both sites?

Eh? Brownells are doing the Velocity for £147, CMC £268.

Same here, very nice it is too. Expensive because of the exchange rate?
Careful now/that sort of thing

I have a CMC cassette trigger in one of my ARs. It is a single-stage 3.5 lb trigger. Also available in 4.5 ib, 5.5 lb or 6.5 ib, in straight or curved trigger models. There are also cerakoted units in various colors and some white-labelled units with unique trigger shoe shapes, such as the Lantac-branded one. Two-stage models are also available. Only problem with these is that there is no spring wire to hold onto the receiver pins so you absolutely need anti-walk pins. Mind you I would have installed those anyway.

Wowzers, should've checked the price of the CMC on Brownells too I suppose. I bought my CMC for £135 last year! Top tip; don't by CMC's from Brownells!!

I bought my first CMC in Kentucky, the state, not the chicken shop, when the pound was strong and I had a discount voucher, was about £95.
Halcyon days of $1.70/£1...

I've run a CMC for the last 3 years in my Smith. It's a great trigger, but it does not work with lower velocity ammo
