Good reason has been satisfied. He's currently using all club firearms and has been since he joined the club (apart from LBR + LBP of course). His financial situation is immaterial. To be honest, I can understand them getting a little twitchy about someone getting 7 in a short space of time.
So are they saying he's safe with 3 guns but not with 7? What difference do the number of firearms make?
To participate in all club activities he requires a predetermined number of firearms.
Is the applicant expected to be a spectator during those activities for which he is not duly equipped?
And they'll consider a variation a few months down the line at their convenience and according to their timescale!
Their course of action and the reasons for making such a decision must be documented and open for potential review.
It's unlawful, indefensible and discriminatory and he won't be mugged off.
