The "logic" is simple................having an expensive scope won't make you a better shooter.
I've seen quite a few shooters with scopes costing a kings ransom atop similarly expensive rifles struggling to keep in the 4 ring on a TR target at 600yds.
One of my mates has a Fox £130 job on an old Tikka M55 with which he monotonously nails the 5 ring on an F-class target at 600...................it works for him.

I would also highly recommend opticswarehouse, I have received excellent service from them over the last few years. Bought myself a Vortext Goldeneagle, plus a ton of other stuff, with no problems or issues at all with them.

Unable to give a personal review on the goldeneagle as it has been sitting in the Vortex box for the last six months awaiting a rifle :(
