Looks like a Chinese mazac toffee metal knock-off to me. I had one of these, but mine was made of steel.......weighed a ton and about as much use as a nine-bob note............

Re, Pete's Bollox to BREXIT picture, I might display a picture of Joe Stalin in solidarity, he had a very similar view of the democratic process too...
