It#s been intermitent for me for 3 days now. Sometimes I could access it on my phone but not on a fixed connection. Right now I have neither.

I think I know what it is!

- My 'Jokes' cookie has expired.

Apparently, if you don't like Chuck's 'jokes', you're not the right 'type' to have an interest in firearms, so if your jokes cookie gets stale their firewall won't let you in.
