Zero range 30-06 card

#1 Post by Victory Glow »

I zeroed my 303 last Saturday ready for the falling plates in the afternoon. Simples. I asked the armoury for a zero card for my 30-06 and they said they don’t have them so gave me a .223 card instead. Not sure this will work, but has anyone tried it and then just adjusted up and down shooting at 600yds? If anyone has the dimensions so I can draw my name own 30-06, I would appreciate it.

I would have thought the .308 card would have been a better choice, bullet weight is similar and the 30-06 velocity is not so much higher than a .308 for a150/155 grain round.

What Ovenpaa said.............we've used the 308 cards for 223, 6.5,6BR, 6x47 and 308.
