Firearm certificate renewal

I had to laugh. Because I am the Club Secretary and normally the first point of contact I didn't think it a good idea to put my self down as a Club contact so I put the Chairman's details down
Apparently he got a phone call the guy introduced him self then asked if he knew Dave H------ and was he a member of the Club and if so how long has he been a member.
The Chairman replied Dave is a founder member of the Club he is also the Club Secretary. Dave is the Club with out him it would not function. Oops the Guy replied I had not picked up on the fact he is the Secretary. Made me chuckle.

Similar thing here, when they phoned me last Wednesday they asked if I was still a member of one my clubs, I said I'd better be, I'm the secretary!.
