Hello all
Id appreciate suggestions on brands or particular bi pods for a straight pull ar with picatiny rail below the barrel. It's to shoot up to 500yds. I'm looking for a quality bi pod. Thanks
Opinions please

If you go with a Harris you will need an adapter for sling stud to picatinny. There are several Harris models, you need the LM-S 9 to 13 with the spring loaded legs.
However on my straight pull AR i have replaced my Harris with a Magpul bipod that attaches to a picatinny rail as it is a little lighter. Of course if you are only going to be shooting prone the weight makes no difference

Re: Opinions please
I have a Spartan Javelin on one of my AR rifles. The standard kit comes with a traditional sling mounted adapter, annoyingly you will need to buy an additional picatinny adapter. It'll be about £42. Why they can't sell the kit with a choice of adapters, I don't know. It's a tad outrageous to supply a kit at those sort of prices with a useless adapter that you have to immediately replace.

Another vote for the spartan here, also the atlas are pretty good. Mainly depends how much money you want to chuck at it
