Ok, so it was a couple of ham rolls and a flask of coffee in Harwich but to me it was as good as a posh meal out. He had also cooked me one of my favourite meals which I know was a huge effort due to the pain he was in. When life has dealt you a bad hand you appreciate the smaller things. :D
