Well he's been and there are no issues party2
I asked how long to get it back and he said four weeks sign01
I pointed out how very unhappy i was at that idea on the basis I can't sell my AR etc and requested a temp cert, he then said he'd try and get in rushed through :roll:
Well at least we're moving in the right direction :shakeshout:

He wasnt fussed and gave me his card and said if i had any problems to ring him.
However im going to ring tomorrow and ask to speak to the boss and get some clarification

The problem with phoning is that you have no record of the converstion. I think that it is always much better to deal with such important matters by letter or even email and keep a copy. I always ask for a receipt when sending emails to the firearms department these days.
