Wow! Stunning job David the finish looks great. Looks a deep black!!

Looking forward to getting it on the rifle! I kept slipping of my kit bag today.

And im the proud owner of the other one that has been finished party2

If all goes to plan Im going to try it next weekend at Bisley.

I'll report back but as Martin says it looks like a proper bit of kit

I showed one to my brother (An engineer with a rather specialised back gtound) over the weekend and he asked me where the parts come from :lol:

What keep the feet from flapping about - are they connected to the lower tie-rod?

Vince, the feet uprights are kept parallel by the tie rods that slide inside each other, the feet themselves are pivoted which means I can use longer ski type feet that will rock back and forth and keep contact with the ground, they are best used on a carpet mat or similar and with one of my rear bag riders track very nicely.
