some cases show this in my 45/120 due to differences in rim thickness and how it's chambered ? some pictures would help ?

tried it with the pin out still happening rim thickness!!!!

brass is running at .071-.072 thickness i will try thinning a couple

SAAMI spec runs at a rim thickness of .070". There's your issue. Possibly! :lol:
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?
