We've dealt with MDT directly for about 6 months now since the last UK distributor gave it up. All I can say is that every order we've had in that time has been delivered within 14 days, that includes LSS, LSS XL, HS3 and TAC21 chassis', the skeleton stocks, dozens of magazines, rails and accessories. I can tell you as of now the LSS-XL is in stock with MDT and would usually ship from Canada within 72 hours.

The LSS-XL and PRS is a great combination as the PRS adds a little weight to the rear which is needed with the LSS family of chassis.

Just to throw out another option, have you considered the Evo chassis from Tier One? Within your budget, and from what I've read a superb bit of kit. I have a Tier One rail on my R700 and it's very well machined.

MDT LSS-XL has been ordered and should be here in a fortnight.
