Can't read the full article without registering.. Oh well.

I do however want the pistol used in the image, which must clearly be legal in the UK since is has been used by such a distinguished paper..

Me neither, I read the paper version in the bank at lunch time.

It goes on to say that because BASC has advised its members not to pay, some GPs are refusing to respond on the grounds of lack of funding.
