You could start with Mik at Dolphin and Dave Wylde at Valkyrie might be able to help as well.

I can understand the benefits of straight flutes for shooting in dusty or cold climates, spiral flutes are cosmetic in my opinion. You will need the bolt re-proofing after the fluting has been done.
