I am not an NRA member I am secretary of a club that is affiliated to the NRA but only because we want to shoot on MOD ranges.
None of my members are members of the NRA.

Our club secretary emailed me to let me know that the cards will be in the post between Christmas and the New Year.

Our club sent them in at the end of October and we received them at the beginning of December so not a bad service from the nra

Mine arrived today, dated until the end of 2019 so we will have to see if they are any quicker in 12 months time.
