i've been looking at stocks from boyds, and i was eyeing up a new stock and forend for my r92 (44mag). I noticed that for the forestock, the mag tube hole dia they list is 3/4 but the mag tube itself seems to be nearer to 9/16 or 5/8. so i would have either 3/16 or 1/8 of slop.
has anyone on here ever ordered such a bit of wood from boyds?
if so, how does it actually fit?
