where can we shoot in East Anglia/Norfolk

What ranges cater for full bore long range in our area apart from Horsford ? I want to use my guns on weekends off from work and I am happy to travel ? also is there a place I can try Tactical/practical ?

Your spoilt for choice as you have joined Grove there is Barton road long range gallery , Thetford gallery , and STANTA battle ranges .

With Thetford and Barton Road Grove Small Arms is one of the few clubs in the UK lucky enough to have access to every distance from 100 to 1200 yards on a monthly or better basis and at a sensible price.

I book Grove's range dates at Thetford and Barton Road, and am sometimes at Horsford. Tend to be there when my son's football team doesn't have a game.

Was there last Sunday with my son. If you were there we were shooting an AW and Desert Tactical. iI have a totally shaved head. Please feel free to ask any questions either on here or if you see me at Horsford.

(If you wish to shoot at Thetford, Barton Road, Stanta or any other MOD range for that matter you will need a NRA issued Safety & Competence Card. To get one you simply take the accuracy/ safety test administered by the Club Secretary Paul, at Horsford. It is a straightforward process. My 15 year old son has been though it with no issues)
