PaulR has been on this board for quite awhile, I am sorry to hear he is no longer with us.

All the best to his family and friends.

I had a call this morning from a mutual friend, he relayed the utterly shocking news, Paul was a great guy, hugely knowledgeable regarding firearms and I am privileged to be able to call him a friend.

We had some great shoots with our Misurps, Paul had an enviable collection of Classic firearms and he will be greatly missed by all.

My sincere condolences to his family.

Attached is a picture of Paul from one of our shooting days out ... In his element!

Rest in Piece mate...

RIP Paul, I recall reading some of his information on M1 carbines before I bought mine.

Such sad news, Paul was a long time member of the forum and always a knowledgeable contributor with a sense of humour. I will miss his posts and my thoughts are with his family and friends.

RIP Paul.
